Stress is caused by a number of factors. The most common is over stretching ourselves or having unrealistic expectations either put on us by others or that we put on ourselves. Stress can manifest itself in a number of ways including anxiety and depression. Taking time to identify the cause of the stress and sometimes a different way of working with it is one way to help relieve this.
